Rice Bran Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Method

  • 2 Tablespoons                 Edible Rice Bran

  • 1 cup whole milk **

  • 1 large ripe banana

  1. Slice banana into thick slices                                                         

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree for 2 minutes       

  3. Pour into a glass and serve

Serves 1

** Low fat milk can be substituted for whole milk. Add more or less milk to adjust to your desired thickness.
