1 Cup Edible Rice Bran

1 Cup Wheat Flour

2 Cups Ragi Flour

1 Cup Scraped Coconut

Salt to taste

Water

Mix the flour, bran & salt together
-
Slowly add water to make it into a rough dough (like coarse bread crumbs)

In a steamer, place the dough and generously sprinkle the scraped coconut.

Steam for about 10 minutes.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serve hot with sugar or your favorite curry.
