Ingredients

Method

  • 1 Cup                Edible Rice Bran

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour

  • 2 Cups Ragi Flour

  • 1 Cup Scraped Coconut

  • Salt to taste

  • Water

  1. Mix the flour, bran & salt together

  2. Slowly add water to make it into a rough dough (like coarse bread crumbs)

  3. In a steamer, place the dough and generously sprinkle the scraped coconut.

  4. Steam for about 10 minutes.

Serve hot with sugar or your favorite curry.
